To book an appointment, please contact our receptionist during regular office hours.

OFFICE HOURS:
Monday -Friday – 10 AM to 7 PM
Saturday – 10 AM to 4 PM
Sunday - 12 pm- 4 pm

If you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment, please contact us a day in advance if at all possible.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and bring with you any glasses  you have been wearing, and your up-to-date medical insurance information.
